Just the other day the recent Sony/RCA signed 2AM Club released their latest mixtape called Moon Tower , which features 16 tracks (although there is a intro/outro and interludes as well). The tape is also hosted by the always dope Clinton Sparks and the style mixes in hip hop and pop, but it's done way better than most. Here's another gem from 2am Club. They've been getting better and better. From their days of singing and trying a little too hard to rap, they've been able to find a balance in their hip-hop/R&B style. "Mary" was a good step toward the group becoming more prominent, and now I think they've really been able to create their own distinct sound. Check out "Too Fucked Up Too Call:"

It's been a hot minute since we last heard from 2AM Club after the group released a bunch of freebies late last year, including "Every Evening" and "Reach Down Deep." Finally famous, Big Sean spitting some verses with LA's 2 AM Club, whose eclectic musical style have gained them some notoriety on blogosphere. Last week we set out to meet the San Luis Obispo band named PK before their performance at The Roxy Theatre in Hollywood. PK is made up of Travis Hawley (Vocals), Matt DePauw (Guitar), Mikel Van Kranenburg (Bass), Nick Fotinakes (Guitar) and Rico Rodriguez (Drums). We had a ton of fun meeting the guys from PK. Although their genres differ a bit, they remind me of the guys from 2Am Club. They're young, play badass music, and their performances are pretty live. ...
It's no coincidence these boys decided to drop a new track on V-Day. When you listen to 2AM Club, everyday feels like Valentine's Day."Love Notes" has that iconic 2AM Club feel that reminds you of making YouTube videos of only pictures of you and your then-girlfriend. This is that soundtrack to that "video." I reveal too much about myself sometimes.

Guilty pleasure city on this one. 2AM Club enlists the help of Chiddy to toss in a couple of verses on top of their "Every Evening" flamboyant soother. Good to see Chiddy branching out from working with Xaphoon a bit - he did a little work with VV Brown on "Children" back in 2011 as well. Shortly following their Xaphoon Jones remix of "Nobody's In Love" , LA-based outfit 2AM Club get some bars from the lyrical half of Chiddy Bang on this catchy bit "Every Evening". 2AM Club has mastered the ability to crank out guilty pleasures. "Early Evening" and "Worry About You" found a way to sneakily get under my skin and bury themselves in my eardrums for weeks. I don't know why. It's not really my favorite type of music, but those two jams didn't care what I thought - they were relentless in being recognized.
