After a summer that saw the Pennsylvania outfit offers its electro-heavy sounds to Lollapalooza and U.K.'s Wireless Festival , Innerpartysystem will look to cap off the year with the release of its debut, self-titled studio album next week (September 30). Usually nothing screams gangsta like two white, becostumed , hipster, suburbanites, but Sean Foreman and Nathaniel Motte are just about as hard-core as it gets. They are featured along with other acts such as Low vs. Diamond and Ra Ra Riot on this week's Rolling Stones Artists to Watch list . If you look at 3Oh!3's album page on iTunes , you'll notice that listeners also bought Timbaland, Ed Banger Records Volume 1 and the Vengaboys. That about sums it up right there. "I'm Not Coming To Your Party Girl" sounds like everything popular mixed with everything trendy mixed with a little irreverence mixed in for good.
