We got this video in our submissions and after a listen I definitely had to put this one up. Mark Steele is an up and coming rapper out of North Carolina who already has a cosign from the well known 9th wonder. In the track "We Stunt", from the video above, he lays out a flow, similar to that of Theophilus London, over some super funky beats.
