We knew 'em when they were writing anthems in snow ridden cabins in the Italian mountains as an unsigned act so we've always had a teary affection for Bologna's A Classic Education. Their releases have always appeared splintered, arriving in small dispatches without ever aggregating into something resembling a solid block of work (in plain speak they have yet to record their debut LP). Their move to Lefse is a winning move however and one that should see ripe fruit in the next 12 months or so. For the time being though here is another orphan tracks [...]

The 2011 Shaking Through season has begun with the first selection from session 1 curator Elise O from Pixlehorse . She's coming out strong with Italian group A Classic Education , a six piece long over due for wider adoraiton.
