I have say I am always excited for and subsequently impressed by A&B EPs. They always hit the spot. Its ironic how simple A&B tracks are in terms of composition yet evoke a very complex aura. In my opinion, it has a lot to do with the vocals. A lot of times the vocal comes after the beat itself. Now I'm not sure what the creative process is for the boys of A&B, but it sounds like the vocals/lyrics are the driving force in the overall vibe of the track, placing the beat secondary.
