Robert Babicz takes on the Hardfloor classic from 1992. The original is a 9 minute acid experience. Full of 3032s messing with your head. Has that early German techno brutality and sense of being unstoppable. Robert Babicz takes it further by extending it to 10 minutes. He keeps the 3032s messing with your head but doesn't try to batter you with the majesty of the track. Nothing too radical but a nice reinterpretation. We had Dave Tipper's first release a few days ago ( here ). This was broadly a big beat track and he's best known for his speaker-threatening breakz. But it wasn't always so. This track, also from his first release in '97, shows that he could do techno as well. The acid in this burbles along rather nicely. BTW, the hissing at the beginning is meant to be there. Spank Rock 's new album "Everything Is Boring and Everyone Is a Fucking Liar" is incredible.
