Le 8 novembre 2009 on apprenait que Jerry Fuch , batteur du groupe !!! (prononcé ChkChkChk ou Tchik Thick Tchik ou TicTicTic, ... pour ceux qui ne le sauraient pas) venait de mourir dans un accident d'ascenseur (digne d'un film d'horreur d'ailleurs). Malgré ça le groupe, formé actuellement de six membres si je ne m'abuse, ne sombre pas dans la dépression et au contraire annonce dès à présent l'arrivée de leur prochain album Strange Weather, Isn't It ? pour le 24 aout .
