Brazilian producer Amon Tobin is set to bring his much-vaunted audio-visual project ISAM to London's Bloc weekender. The project involves intricate projections onto a series of boxes, each of which take on different forms throughout the performance. Watch a trailer for the show below. Tobin joins a remarkable lineup that already includes Steve Reich, Richie Hawtin, Orbital, and Snoop. Bloc takes place in a purpose-built venue near the Olympic site, complete with an ex-communist fishing trawler . Click here for tickets.

Ninja Tune's Amon Tobin will play a DJ set at the Button Factory Friday May 11th, for his first headline appearance in Dublin. As part of the audio/video concept of the ISAM tour, Irish artists SLIPDRAFT will be creating live visuals to accompany the music, using projection mapping techniques for an even more captivating show. Upon arriving at the polo grounds for Coachella 2012, it was readily apparent that this festival was nothing like those that I frequent back on the East coast.
