Andrew Bird's new album Break It Yourself is due out on 5 March via Bella Union but in the mean time the Chicago born artist has revealed two non-album cuts. A cover of Alpha Consumer's 'The Crown Salesman' and a cover of the Handsome Family's 'So Much Wine' will make up a new 7" due for release on Record Store Day, the former being an A-side, the latter the B-side. Andrew Bird's forthcoming album is called Break it Yourself , and apparently he likes the title so much he's releasing a 73 also entitled Break it Yourself . The 73 doesn't have a track called Break it Yourself on it, but a cover of Alpha Consumer's The Crown Salesman and the Handsome Family's So Much Wine . Mr Bird is in fact giving away the Crown Salesman track over at his Facebook , so you might wanna head there next.
