It certainly seems like a long time since Apocalyptica say down with four cellos and covered Metallica . They slowly morphed over the years from a classical cover band taking on metal songs into a legit metal band of their own. These days they are collaborating with the likes of Doug Robb of Hoobastank , Gavin Rossdale of Bush , and Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo. Finnish metal band Apocalyptica have announced a stop at Starland Ballroom on their upcoming winter tour. The band will be performing on Wednesday December 8th. Tickets go on sale this Friday.
