Boston natives Bad Rabbits are back with a new video for their recent single "Can't Fool Me." This song will be on their new record called American Love , which is out tomorrow and you all better get yourself a copy. These guys bring the funk, alternative, R&B, and attitude in each song and I'm amazed that these guys haven't blown up. Oh, they are gaining popularity and people are catching on, but these guys are too fucking legit to not be dominating the music charts. The video is pretty standard, but has enough [...]

Bad Rabbits have released their second album. The album, American Love , is an explosion of the futuristic R&B that they are famous for. “We Can Roll”, the first song off the album and one of two singles, has vocals that are reminiscent of Michael Jackson. The second single, “Can’t Fool Me” is not as upbeat as other Bad Rabbits songs, but the inclusion of horns makes up for it. This song makes me feel like I’m in a pinball machine. The next track “Dance Moves” has a funky Jamiroquai element. This song is accurately named, seeing as [...]

Boston-based post-R&B band Bad Rabbits released their album Stick Up Kids back in 2009 and later released their debut single "We Can Roll" in 2012. The original track "We Can Roll" flows through with emotional vocals and synthy pop chords that build into a perfect stage anthem. And in keeping with the... It's all-Boston-everything on this neon-colored remix of Bad Rabbits ' "We Can Roll". Producer/DJ Durkin was called upon to rework the certified jam, which he does and then some on here. It splits its time between being ready for club dance floors and house parties looking to get things a lil' out of control. Also, given its title and huge bass, you'd be remiss to not include this on your next driving soundtrack.
The last Bad Rabbits post I put up was a throwback The Dream cover recorded a few years ago. Much like the throwback track, the 4 man group hasn't released a full length project since 2009's Stick Up Kids . Well boys and girls, the wait is over. "We Can Roll" is the first single from the upcoming project American Love slated to drop sometime in 2013. Those of you who are familiar with the groups sound will be happy to hear that they're sticking with what works, infusing [...]
I spotted Bad Rabbits a while ago. Their music was interesting and I followed them to learn more and hear new stuff but not too much evolved to keep my interest. Then I came across this cover of The Dream's "Walking On The Moon" they recorded back in 2011. Man, this sh*t is sick! Like "insert your worst virus here" sick! Not sure how this slipped past my radar but, whoa. I had to give props even if it's one year later.

Details surrounding possible donations for the surgery and recovery are forthcoming. P.O.S.'s [...]
Welcome to today's Smothered & Covered . Now, all in all I find the above to be... just AIGHT; maybe even a little lukewarm (leave all hatemail in the comments below). Admittedly, I'm not a big fan of The Dream , none of his songs have ever jumped out at me from the current crop of radio-ready R&B, and although his vocals are solid, they're also a pitch or two higher than my ears care for. That being said, the original version of Walkin' on The Moon has a certain vibes [...]
