The musically eclectic Berkeley native Bart Davenport will drop his new 80s power pop-inspired 7-inch, Someone2Dance , on Valentine's Day. His label, Antenna Farm Records , describes each side as "a blistering nail in the coffin of romance," with a sound akin to "Dwight Twilley getting into a fistfight with The Cars." The Parlour to Parlour sessions recently featured Bart Davenport , filming the singer-songwriter at the Uptown in Oakland with his new live band (lead guitarist Allison Green, bassist Josh Miller and drummer Russ Blackmar).
