Since Beach House 's debut album, the style that they're known for has become widespread in the indie realm. But while so many bands are doing the dreamy, intimate-but-distant, soft and hazy sound, Beach House has the advantage of six years and three albums worth of experience. Beloved Baltimore dream-rockers Beach House are about to return with the much-anticipated new album Bloom . We've posted early tracks " Myth " and " Lazuli ," and in his Premature Evaluation , Corban calls it "a record high on hi-fi ambitions while still maintaining a semblance of the hazy sorcery from its earlier recordings." Beach House have conquered my heart. I haven't heard Bloom yet, because I've been really busy lately and the first play of this album deserves my full attention. Some time soon I will lock the door, close the curtains, treat myself on a glass of wine and put this beauty on. "How can you say it's a beauty?" you say? Well, it's Beach House.
