As far as super groups go there hasn't been a truly great one since the Traveling Wilbury's in my opinion. Monsters of Folk are more like Monsters of mediocrity & the Dead Weather again are just ok, but Fistful of Mercy is one supergroup that may be bucking the trend of average super groups.
