![[Listen/Download] – BBU x Das Racist x The Hood Internet – "Please, No Pictures"](http://cdn.elbo.ws/posts/3533640_lg.jpg)
Tweet This song earned a place on my On-The-Go playlist when I heard BBU (which member, I'm not exactly sure) spit: "I'mma stop, cause my verse is irrelevant/Rappers aren't intelligent/Waka Flocka Flame, we go hard in da paint biatch!" If I had the opportunity to award someone the title of "International Kings of Stoner Rap", I would give it to Das Racist in a heartbeat. These dudes are nimble, highly inventive rappers from differing ethnic backgrounds who are sadly underrated. I [...]

Bin Laden Blowin' Up aka Black Brown & Ugly aka BBU describe themselves as a "loosely organized group of high-flying hooligans who are united under the common goal of world dominationare". And theiy are "More infectious than H1N13 as Time Out Chicago quotes. Their cooperation with Brooklyn's Das Racist for their new track "Please, No Pictures" is amazing. Download the track for free as well as their mixtape. And have a look at their video for "Chi Don't Dance" to see what's going on in Chicago ! [...]

Pfft...like I wasn't gonna post this video. Pitchfork had the privilege of "debuting" this gem from Chicago's own BBU (Nevermind that they've been killing dance parties all over the city with this jam for over 2 years...what city is Pitchfork based out of again???). Let's play "name that local landmark/scene star" while watching this one. Also, shouts to Sultan's Market !!
Last Summer in Chicago, BBU ( Bin Laden Blowin' Up ) burst onto the Chicago hip-hop scene with their Chi Don't Dance party anthem. They released a hot new video for the track this week... The work week is winding down only to get tightened back up with a weekend chock full of rad goings ons. We're excited about what's in store...are you? Lots to do, lots to cover, lots to.......hell, let's just do this, ya dig? Chicago's underground hip-hop impresarios, Bin Laden Blowin' Up (BBU) [...]

What do Das Racist, Gordon Voidwell, Suckers, Bin Laden Blowin Up, Tony Castles and Bottle Up and Go have in common? Why, The MuseBox / PopGun Booking showcase tonight at The Studio at Webster Hall , of course. Uncensored Interview is a proud media sponsor of the event featuring artists we've chatted with before and breaking new talent we're excited to catch in action. It all starts tonight at 7pm and goes until...well, this is CMJ. The party ends only when you want it to. With talent like this [...]
Naming your group after a suspected terrorist might cause some double-takes, but it's about time hipsters tore off their keffiyeh scarves and started listening to what's really happening in the world. Whereas Kanye West's and Lupe Fiasco's lavish lifestyles have catapulted Chicago's hip-hop scene into the mainstream, Chicago's gritty trio BBU (a.k.a Bin Laden Blowin' Up or Black, Brown and Ugly) coast on underground appeal. A confluence of juke music, rap, and political rants, BBU's singles incite a dancing good time. The threesome (Illekt, Epic, and Jasson Perez) began performing together in small and [...]

Happy memorial weekend folks! I've got big plans down here, hopefully everyone has some fun to look forward to. We have been writing a lot about Dark Night of the Soul in recent days and the compilation is well worth the chatter. It appears that the thing will never actually see the light of day due to disputes with EMI, so in this rare incident I encourage you to go track this thing down by whatever means necessary. I am not a huge fan of Super Furry Animals , but this Gruff Rhys track off [...]

I've been in to DC-based rapper Wale since his 100 Miles mixtape hit in 2007. There's something so appealing to me about Wale's sleepy, laid-back flow. Wale is one of the few rappers whose music I can lose myself in, time and again. Wale finally plays Chicago tomorrow night at the Abbey Pub as part of his Attention Deficit tour with UCB and Colin Monroe , supported by a slew of local talent including Mic Terror, Bin Laden Blowin' Up, David Corresh, Vic Lloyd, Chaise Marcel [...]

Got skillz? Let's have another go at the drop box. We are getting more and more stuff every week so it is hard to get the time to do the selection now. But we try to keep it down a bit since people have been complaining that the posts are getting to long. So here is our picks since the last time we posted the dropbox. We haven't had time to listen to the stuff that you sent us the last couple of days so if it is good enough it will end up on the next dropbox post. [...]
