This was one of my favorite indie hip hop records from the mid-nineties. That piano sample is so smooth and lovely. Then that Nas loop comes on and makes sure shit doesn't sound weak. Plus they name check Alvin Ailey.. ha. It makes me think of getting high and hanging out during the warm summer nights in Boston.
