Grand Pianoramax is the brainchild of Swiss born, New York-bred keyboarder Leo Tardin. Initially envisioning the project as a live-only percussion and piano trio, Tardin eventually released two well-received records, and has now upped the ante, enlisting the talents of percussionista Dom Burkhalter as a full-member, and adding tabla player Karsh Kale and spoken-word artists, Black Cracker and Mike Ladd.
