Perhaps one reason we haven't heard a whole lot from the monolithic Lightning Bolt since 2005's flawless Wonderful Rainbow is the myriad of undoubtedly time-consuming side projects. Black Pus is one of them, featuring Lightning Bolt's Brian Chippendale.
