Saturday night while everybody else was in Austin or in bed, I headed over to Santos Party House for SALEM 's only area show since CMJ. Downstairs I caught the end of Blissed Out's gig where I bumped into Ms. Goth Poncho herself before hopping upstairs for Sham's verbally assaulting opening slot for SALEM (who were about an hour late to the stage.) The fine folk at Double Denim are dropping quite the special split 73 today for their 3rd single release from Star Star Slinger ( SoundCloud / Bandcamp ) and Hard Mix ( tumblr ).
