During tonight's War Child 2012 benefit show, Blur members Graham Coxon (guitar) and Damon Albarn (vocals) got together to premiere a new song titled "Under the Westway". The song features Albarn on vocals and piano while Coxon plays the accoustic guitar, and, as Stereogum pointed out, it does sound very Bowie-esque and special. Blur have been busy preparing some performances leading up their Brits appearance later this week. Now, It's Always Better On The Outside have stumbled across a live recording of Damon Albarn and Graham Coxon performing the new song at London's Shepherd's Bush Empire titled, "Under The West Way". The song was performed during a benefit concert for War Child at which numerous other artists performed. More on that later, for now enjoy some brand new Blur below.

I used to walk or cycle, depending on the day or the weather or my mood, under the Westway everyday on my way to and from work when I lived in West London.
