After Brendan Benson overheard some demos being played by a painter working at his house, Georgia songwriter Young Hines now finds himself with a debut album Give Me My Change arriving April 10 via Benson's new imprint Readymade Records. Lead track "Rainy Day" has an eerie Beatle-ish ring to it, a vintage acoustic strum-fest feted with some of the most gorgeous harmonies you've heard in a while. On April 24th, singer-songwriter/co-Raconteur Brendan Benson will release his fifth solo album, What Kind of World , via his newly-established imprint Readymade. Our first taste comes in the form of the Wings-ian "Bad For Me". Kicking off with an orchestral intro, the song slowly transforms into a piano-powered ballad about a love you can't resist (though totally should).
