Last month Broken Spindles aka Joel Petersen released his fourth album Kiss/Kick via the Faint's blank.wav label. I'd been fairly familiar with Broken Spindles through his remix work of Of Montreal, AFI, and Persephone's Bees, but the Broken Spindles on this album comes across as a whole different animal - for the better.
