Редакция Big Echo заподозрила в Valotihkuu своего человека и не вот результат – в гостевом миксе всё именно так, как мы любим: львиная порция чиллвейва, MF DOOM, старый джаз и прочий правильный хип-хоп. A Funky Situation What do you get when you mix B.T. Express and Brass Construction? This is the only track by Garnett Mimms and Truckin' Company; but Garnet Mimms (with one t) was a soul singer from Ashland, West Virginia in the mid 60's. It was produced by Jeff Lane from B.T. Express and Randy Muller from Brass Constructionin 1977. The back track sounds very much like any from Brass Construction's self titled LP, but with screaming guitar and funky proto-rave synth work. B.T. Express was an important funk disco group that had a few hits in the 70's. Their biggest single was Do It (Till You're Satisfied) which hit #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1974. Their sound throughout the 70's threw a deep and groovy vibe. In 1980 they created an album that reflected a new era. They were on a quest to bring the world the future of boogie.
