Wyclef Jean will not be Haiti's next president, according to US reports. The 37-year-old did not make the final list of approved candidates, according to American newspaper the Los Angeles Times. An electoral official told the publication that Wyclef did not satisfy the legal requirements to run for president, mainly because he primarily lives in New Jersey and not the Caribbean island.
