by nashawa Cannon Bros sound like a more commercially viable version of Lemuria (I feel sexist for saying that; I'm aware not all bands with female vocalists sound like each other though). "Left in a Hurry" is a fantastically catchy indie pop track that relies on the melody to carry the song instead of lush layers and (unnecessary?) atmosphere, which is so otherwise omnipresent in this style. by teepoo Here's some power pop from Winnipeg! The Cannon Bros EP is a free grab from Bandcamp so it's inexcusable not get it. Kicking it off is Out of Here with rebellious female vocals.
