November 21 sees the release of a new Tom Wait's project, his first since 2004's 'Real Gone', entitled 'Orphan'. A 3 disc, 56 song set with each disc being subtitled there is 'Brawlers', 'Bawlers' and 'Bastards'. In brief the first disc contains the Roadhouse side of the man, primal screaming blues spanning from Muddy Waters to T. Rex by way of Captain Beefheart. Number two is the lonesome ballads as tender as they are sad.
