Yesterday the internet was rife with rumours of yet another Libertines reunion happening in 2012. We should have seen through the newspapers source really. 'A friend of the musician' etc etc. You know the types of stories we're dealing with here, but none the less, Carl decided to vocalise his feelings on the rumours once more. Carl Barat has dismissed rumors of a possible Libertines reunion. A story on last weekend's Sunday Mirror claimed Barat , Pete Doherty , and John Hassall were eager to return and tour the UK and Europe together. In a message posted on his Facebook page, Barat diminished all hopes of a reunion, writing, " So that "story" in the mirror yesterday? Complete fabrication, folks ".
