Casxio make music as though the period of '89 to '08 was a baron musical wasteland. That's not a criticism, more an observation of their heavily influenced 80's sound. Prince's falsetto vocals, Duran Duran's bass lines and New Wave's melodies. There's no doubt they make incredibly likable, instantly catchy pop-funk records, but I do wonder if they take themselves a tad to seriously.
