I was sure that by the end of 2009, chillwave would be dead, but it's quickly becoming the genre that just won't quit . Change Leopardon isn't a chillwave project, but it dabbles. It's fronted by a CT music producer with pretty varied tastes. His debut EP, Juchitán , is unapologetic as it shifts from the drone-heavy distortion of " FIghty Cat " to the feedback-laced minimalism on " Cenotes ."
