Sad news for Nile Rodgers and Chic Irish fans, the band had to cancel their appearance at Westport Festival of Music and Performing Arts which takes place June 23rd-24th in Mayo. They were negotiating with a French festival to play June 21st and then be financially able to travel to Ireland but it didn't work out.
