Chiddy Bang teamed up with Converse to create a song called “Paper and Plastic”. Let’s just say this is better than 90% of everything on Breakfast . Gone is the ultra poppy sound, and in is the excellent and dangerous synths of Xaphoon. The always incredibly talented member, also delivers a chomping child yell throughout and some ridiculous drums. Chiddy is on point as well here, even giving everyone’s favorite eating competitor, Adam Richman, a shout out. Now, if we just can some more songs of this quality, I’ll be back calling these dudes pretty much amazing.
In collaboration with Converse , Chiddy Bang brings us some more dope material in "Paper & Plastic". Here you can find Chiddy flowing over a beat that packs a bit more of a punch than what we're used to from Xaph, but that's not really a bad thing. Stream, download, and enjoy. Converse and Champs Sports held a contest that asked people to create then send in some inspired fridge magnet poetry. From there, Chiddy Bang were asked to write a song utilizing the winning combination of words: "ladies like the sandwich party captain." As usual, Xaphoon Jones is on point incorporating the perfect amount of electro sounds in his production. Chiddy employs a flow popularized by the likes of Juicy J and 2 Chainz, which has recently become a staple in hip-hop. While a bit corny at times, the style is delivered perfectly by the rapping half of the group, who finds a way to put his own spin on it still expressing his individuality as an artist.
