Ciara's fourth studio LP, Basic Instinct , will hit stores on December 14 and the tracks are slowly starting to leak. The latest leak is track number eight, "You Can Get It," produced and written by Tricky Stewart and The-Dream . If you've heard any of Tricky's and The-Dream's work before then you've heard this.
