Edgar Mota seems to be the mastermind behind this Guadalajara, Mexico based project, Collateral Soundtrack (sometimes spellled Colateral or Clltrlsndtrek). The music is loungy and vegetative, almost comes off with a Baroque vibe like a Latin American Keep Shelly In Athens .
