It's a little weird seeing a middle-aged, kind of bloated, dude play twee pop anthems to a room of chunky glasses and anoraks, especially when this man, Comet Gain singer/guitarist/leader Dave Christian, banters about crashing out on people's floors after the show and his own amateurish musicianship.
