The official lineup: DaWreck (Triple Darkness), AK (Do or Die), Cold Hard & Never (Crucial Conflict), Buk (PsychoDrama) and Rob (Snypaz). It's that serious. Look for this one to appear on DaWreck's upcoming project - due out soon. Give it up for this one. TOO KRAZY FAKE SHORE DRIVE [...]

Earlier this week we released a little trailer video for Nico Segal's forthcoming solo debut, Illasoul: Shades of Blue . That trailer featured Nico's song, "Struggles", well it featured his verse from the record. What you didn't hear was the song's second verse from Chicago legend, Coldhard of Crucial Conflict. Coldhard jumped on the record at the invitation of Michael Kolar of SoundScape studio. According to Nico, Coldhard went into the bathroom, and emerged as his alter ego, Pimp Pearly White. As Nico told us during our First Look interview , "Kolar was like, [...]
Cru Con and the God Rakim linked up backstage after their Legends of Hip Hop concert Arie Crown Theater, hosted by Ramonski Luv. Watch Crucial perform hits like "Hay," while Rakim goes through his catalog.

As you're probably seen and heard by now, DMX had a sold out and much heralded comeback concert NYC last week. While it's not certain if MTV22s decision to rerun Belly was to capitalize on X's recent resurgence, it did grab Twitter's attention last night, as fans across the country took to the social networking site to share some of their favorite memories of the film. Of all of the hip-hop-related films that flooded the market in the 90s, Belly undoubtedly has the biggest cult following. Released in November of 1998, the acting was frequently [...]

Today we're blessed with a new episode of The Chronicle of Cold Hard, now overtaken by Midwest Live. Follow Cold Hard and Kilo (as their new group the Party Aminals-yeah you read that right) as they perform for the Chosen Breed motorcycle club event. They even land a rare J.D. Walker cameo.
We told you on Monday that Crucial Conflict was planning to release their long-awaited sequel to their classic debut, The Final Tic 2012 , in the near future, right? Well, it appears the album is actually coming to fruition, and Q-Ball got some behind-the-scenes footage of the foursome hard at work in the studio.
Following in the footsteps of artists like Raekwo n, Twista and Jay-Z; Crucial Conflict is releasing a follow up to their classic album The Final Tic , entitled The Final Tic 2012 . Earlier today, Cru Con member Wildstyle took to his twitter to announce the album's inception and hinted that the countdown for its release had begun. Details are still sketchy at this time, but I know the fans have been waiting on this one. Can the album live up to its lofty expectations? Only time will tell.
Dang, I've effectively had my "Chronicles Of Cold Hard" series swiped by Midwest Live. Hey, no complaints here. Any Cold Hard is good Cold Hard, in my opinion. Here we find the Coldest one joining Kids These Days for a performance, as well as some behind the scenes footage with The Cool Kids and Timbuck2.
How about this for timing? We just dropped a brand new joint from KTD and our FSD Three column with Crucial Conflict. So why not drop some footage of Cold Hard and Kilo jamming on stage with the Kids as they close out their set at the Music Dealers/Hard Rock Cafe Lolla-event this past Saturday. Old school and new school on one stage....can't beat that! Footage via MGTV .

It's been a few weeks since my last FSD Three column, but I had to hold out to bring you something extra special. A piece of history, if you will. For this edition I got with one of Chicago's most legendary hip-hop groups, Crucial Conflict - more specifically their DJ, QBall - to discuss his favorite three records he recorded with the group. He discusses everything from their smash hit "Hay," to their heated beef with Bone Thugs-N-Harmony in the mid-to-late 90s. Check out QBall from The Flict in his own words, and get a history [...]
FUH TV recently caught up with Cold Hard of the legendary quartet Crucial Conflict to discuss the difference between the rap game of the 90s vs. the rap game today. He makes some interesting and valid points in regards to age, style and the audience caring about the wrong things. I'd love to hear a more in-depth version of his story about the time they had to go on stage after the Fugees, Nas and A Tribe Called Quest. Could you imagine? Wise words from the Mayor...

Wildstyle & Young Blaze borrow Radric's "Shirt Off" for their own & kill it. Not sure where this is going to land, but I hope there's a project of some sorts coming. I Go Off Wildstyle (of Crucial Conflict) x Young Blaze - I Go Off
