Austin City Limits Music Festival has announced its lineup for the 2012 edition of the festival. Set to headline this year's lineup: Red Hot Chili Peppers, Neil Young and Crazy Horse, The Black Keys and Jack White. The first annual CounterPoint Festival is taking place September 27-29 on a 350–acre farm in Fairburn, GA. The three-day music festival zeros in on the multiple genres within the electronic music scene. It will feature headliners such as Bassnectar, Pretty Lights, Skrillex, M83 and Crystal Castles along with several local stalwarts in the dance, hip hip and chillwave circles.
