"Summer of Love (She Said)" lends itself to the rock persuasion, moreso than the synth driven, electronic darkness of "Through The Wire". Although still electronic pop, the heavy use of raw rock drums and electric guitar, really gives it an exciting live appeal. Once again, collaborating with vocalist Danny Ross for this track. That's what I read atleast; Danny Ross works for United States Congressman Jerrold Nadler, which sounds like a great gig for any musician. In this case, however, Danny Ross' passion is definitely music. His new album, One Way , has some really beautiful songs with a fresh perspective on influences like the Beatles, and that Ben Folds-ey jazz pop piano melody stuff.
