Alesso uses his talents to make this simple pop tune an amazing uplifting progressive house track, and that's why we love him. With all due respect to the original mix and dBerrie's rendition - Gregori Klosman's remix is flat out the best. Sorry, this is not up for discussion. The incorporation of the piano as Sia's voice carries through the buildup is the sort of stuff that gets the chills sprinting (not running) down your spine. The initial drop is ideal, it takes nothing off the table. Towards the end of the preview you get to hear a bit of that chainsaw sound that adds the right amount of dirt to a track that was originally cleaner than a virgin. [...]
David Guetta's latest album Nothing But The Beat featured many great tracks, "Titanium" was one of the better progressive tunes within the first CD. New York DJ/producer David Berrie, creates a melodious remix that may actually top the original. The well engineered vocals are still prominent throughout the tune, the biggest difference between dBerrie's rendition and David Guetta's original is that the remix tends to be way more 'house-friendly.' My buddy David Berrie is back on his progressive grind. After producing countless tech masterpieces (hear 'Kids' & 'Flip Flop' here ), David takes his sound back to the big room.
