Lately i have been re-listening to this Aerplane Remix of "Circuit" from David Rubato. Besides being an amazing work vitto did here, it also symbolizes the end of Institubes . One year has passed and sometimes i feel that something is missing. I have always been fan of that label, which discovered awesome artists such as Surkin or Bobmo. I've listened to a lot of music in my day but when it's all said and done I still come back to Michael Jackson's Thriller as my favorite album of all time. The reasons are endless but it's mainly because of the vibe and energy Quincy Jones was able to capture in those records. I try to keep the blog as non-regional as possible, but every once in a while, you have to make an exception. The STRØM Festival takes over Copenhagen this week with plenty of parties and major artists coming to town. If you're in town I can't recommend it enough. I'm especially looking forward to seeing Aeroplane give a DJ set while on what will hopefully be a sunny friday night. Should be beautiful in more than one way. Life has been pretty great the past few days. Senior festivities are in full swing leading up to graduation. My trip to South Carolina was a lot of fun, and it was nice to spend time with all my friends somewhere other than New Haven. The drive down was interesting, as I left with three other friends at 11 pm and drove through the night.
