I've always loved "Burn" by Deep Purple - the track just takes off and never lets go. Glenn Hughes sings the bejeezus out of it, and Blackmore's guitar is on fire. Here's the 'official' California Jam clip of the band performing this stellar song. Maybe this song is about witches - I dunno, I never paid much attention to the words.
