This week we got a lot of great house tracks for you. My personal favorite being Morokko by Erick Strong, it's more of a Trace track but still is well composed and quite soothing. He hasn't stirred up any attention from other blogs so maybe this will be the start of something. Another great track is Watch Me Now as it reminds me of Rattle by the Bingo Players. Mat Zo's track Bipolar is quite on par with the title as mid way through the song you experience the shift and personally I am in love with the second half [...]
Welcome to THE CLUB. A weekly dose of your favourite house, progressive house, electro house, and everything-in-between .. Each week I'll bring you a selection of my favourites of the week from the best producers in the world. I'll try to feature an emerging artist or two that catches my eye more than most, so make sure to keep your eye out for weekly servings of the biggest and best names in house music worldwide. First things first, I'd just like to say a few words about some award ceremony I kept hearing about last weekend. While it's [...]
My sincerest apologies for being a few days late on this one. The SL crew went pretty hard on Saturday night for the Pre-Grammys show at the Belasco, but that's a whole other story... still kinda recovering. Anywhooo, Arty hit the BBC decks this past weekend to unleash his first Essential mix . If you are unfamiliar with his style, Arty likes to blend Trance and Prog House with a little bit of a rock flavor. Pete Tong gives a nice little synopses of Arty's work so I'll let him do the rest of the [...]

Originally teased on Armin van Buuren's A State of Trance Volume 538 , Arty's take on the extremely popular and widely played Dirty South & Those Usual Suspects - Walking Alone is essentially a trance dream. EO named the original version #14 on our top tracks of 2011, and as we head into 2012 it's very clear that this track will continue to be utilized very frequently in DJ sets. Dirty South & Those Usual Suspects (feat Erik Hecht) - Walking Alone (Arty Mix)
Yet another great hit by Dirty South that's racking up play counts in my music library. Tunes like these have got me aching for the warmth of summer. Walking Alone (Original Mix) - Dirty South & Those Usual Suspects feat. Erik Hecht Support Dirty South and purchase this track on Beatport !

Fuck this cold though… Summer is apparently long gone, but that doesn't mean we can't rage like it's August. Y ou're sure to enjoy this absolutely ridiculous set of songs I have for you this week. Today I'm hittin y'all up with some brand spanking new tracks from some DJ's like Fedde Le Grand, Avicii and Dirty South, and some great hits from Tiesto, Kaskade and more. No matter how cold it is outside, this mix is sure to fire you the fuck up! [...]

ANTHEM ALERT 1) Walking Alone (Original Mix) -Dirty South ***FUEGO*** Amazing preliminary build-up drops into an unbelievable vocal hook, and then... Boom. Dirty south is on a heater right now between this and Alive. Wish I had my votes back for DJ Mag because I definitely think he deserves top 10 consideration. Always underlooked because of the Swedish Counterparts that he tends to roll with, I had the privilege of seeing DS last weekend at The Mid in Chicago and let me tell you, homie is unreal.

The latest installment of Dirty South is sure to blow the lid off whatever room you're sitting, or raving, in right now. Has been a staple in sets lately and will continue to be far into the future. Rarely do you see the beginning of a house track really catch your attention, but this one sets the tone for the remainder. Cheers. -lev Walking Alone (Original Mix) - Dirty South & Those Usual Suspects feat. Erik Hecht Bonus: Never expect anything less than the absolute most atypical [...]
Big day for my iTunes library today as I got hit with an overload of new music. Here we have a brand new anthem from Dirty South, who's remix of Coming Home was pretty impossible to miss for the last year. Can't go wrong with big buildups, good vocals and upbeat drops. Sounds like he's done it again. Dirty South & Those Usual Suspects feat. Erik Hecht - "Walking Alone"
