Division Kent is a synth-pop duo out of Zurich Switzerland. They blend electronic instruments with a rough sexy female voice similar in style to Goldfrapp or Ladytron. Keenhouse is a DJ/produce who hails from Los Angeles who is specialized in creating funky house beats, usually described as French Touch. Am Freitag erscheint das neue Album namens "Gravity" der Schweizer Indieband "Division Kent", das ja bereits von Coast is Clear mit zwei Downloadtracks angekündigt und besprochen worden ist. Wir können nur zustimmen, daß die neuen Songs eine deutliche Weiterentwicklung des tanzbaren Dancepops sind. Gegenüber dem ersten Album klingt alles etwas gereifter und professioneller, weniger poppige Elemente (ausser L'heure blue) eher etwas dunkler, experimenteller. Das Plattencover weist die Richtung.
