Remember when J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar were supposed to be recording a whole album together? Well, that never happened and is going to be filed next to K.R.I.T. and [...] The post DJ Khaled Feat. J. Cole, Big K.R.I.T. And Kendrick Lamar - "They Ready" appeared first on The Smoking Section .

Of all the tracks on DJ Khaled's new album, there were two that stood out. We already heard one of them in the Nas and Scarface-featured " Hip Hop ". And now we're getting the other, "They Ready", which boasts rhymes from J. Cole , Big K.R.I.T. , and Kendrick Lamar . Anyone doubting any of these dudes needs to think twice: they all body the beat, which Cole just so happened to produce. Yeah, this fucking goes. [ via ]

DJ Khaled just dropped a dope hip hop single featuring some of my current favorite rappers J. Cole , Big K.R.I.T. and Kendrick Lamar . The single is titled They Ready and will be featured on DJ Khaled upcoming album Kiss the Ring arriving next Tuesday. DJ Khaled debuted the single live on Funkmaster Flex' radio show Hot 97 in celebration for his album. Stream the J. Cole produced track entitled "They Ready" below, enjoy. Shout outs to InFlexWeTrust
DJ Khaled's Kiss The Ring will drop August 21. Heads up on language, "Cold" is censored however. And yes that's Kim. Excuse the quality, I don't know what they were thinking with this premiere.

If you read NJawn you know we hate that Khaled gets any credit for this track but it's a must post with these 2 rappers. Verses are semi-hard and Khaled screaming dumb shit.
First the BET Awards and now his music videos. It seems the transformation of Kim into Kanye's new muse is finally complete. In a bit of a surprising (re: not so surprising) move, the socialite makes a brief appearance in Ye's new video for "Cold." The Hype Williams-directed visual also features Rick Ross who spits his verse from "I Wish You Would" and DJ Khaled doing whatever it is he does. Hit the jump for video, but be warned. It may cause seizures. "I Wish You Would" is [...]
Hold on to your chairs folks, this is a shaky ass video! Directed by Hype Williams, the lastest visual offering from Mr. West, Rozay and Khaled take on the track "I Wish You Would" and mix in Kanye's "Way Too Cold." I was a little skeptical at first with the whole idea of combining 2 videos into one, but this works. Hey, its a tough economy folks. 2 for the price of 1 is always a good deal.

Hold onto something stable before pressing "play" on DJ Khaled , Kanye West and Rick Ross ' "I Wish You Would" video — you might feel a little dizzy. If you'd rather not risk it, we'll sum up the Hype Williams -directed clip for you: Khaled, Yeezy and Ross rap in a brick alleyway, often cloaked in darkness, as the camera mercilessly shakes back and forth. The vid for West's Kim Kardashian -referencing "Cold" [...]
Here is the simple yet visually striking Hype Williams-directed double video for two DJ Khaled tracks. First is "I Wish You Would" with Ricky Rozay and Kanye, second is the Kanye West boastathon/Kardashian love confession "Cold" (formerly known as "Way Too Cold" formerly known as "Threaflu").

If you're prone to motion sickness, this Hype Williams-directed video that combines Kanye West and DJ Khaled 's "I Wish You Would" and "Cold" (formerly known as "Theraflu," then "Way Too Cold") probably isn't for you. 'Ye, Khaled, and Rick Ross trade verses in a tunnel of some sort during a pseudo-earthquake, an effect created by a very shaky camera. And yes, Kim Kardashian makes a brief cameo during her shout out in "Cold." Check out the visuals below. HOW TO LOVE: KANYE & KIM
New visual from DJ Khaled's next album "Kiss The Ring"...

Just going by the credits, this song should be awesome. Rick Ross and Kanye West are arguably the two most checked for rappers right now, and Hit-Boy is at the top of the producer's versions. The video is directed by Hype Williams, so I'm thinking grand slam right now. Am I the only one a little underwhelmed by this? With everything Kanye has been spitting lately (even "Way Too Cold", which plays right after "I Wish You Would"), his verse on this seems a little mailed in or like he's saving the best for his own material. It's not a [...]
Hype Williams has combined the DJ Khaled and Kanye West collaborations of late "I Wish You Would" and "Cold" into one easily digestible visual which features Ye's new obsession, Kim Kardashian and a guest spot from one of the three kings, Rick Ross. It's a shakey ride of a video but a nice surprise on a Tuesday morning via CoS .
Stereogum Hear's the visually impressive combo clip for "I Wish You Would" & " Cold ," a six-minute long Hype Williams construction featuring West, Khaled and Rozay holding down an underground tunnel. Real talk, though - is it better than the fan video with the kid rapping , a la Danny Brown's " Grown Up "/Biggie's " Sky Is The Limit ?" Watch it below and decide. Read More... [...]

It would seem like director Hype Williams was indeed on a hype when he was filming this video, because it's ... Continue reading

Only a man like Kanye West would make a double video for his DJ Khaled / Rick Ross collab, “I Wish You Would” and his assault track, “Cold”. Not only that, but the Hype Williams directed clips, also show the debut of Kim Kardashian in a Ye music video. I’m going to warn you though, getting through 6 minutes of these earthquake-shaking visuals is not an easy task.

DJ Khaled, Kanye West, and Rick Ross in "I Wish You Would" DJ Khaled and Kanye West just dropped a two-for-one special for their latest music videos. First up in the Hype Williams -directed twofers, Khaled, Yeezy, and Rick Ross rock the tunnels for their collaboration, "I Wish You Would." To close the clip, Yeezy storms the screen with the visuals for his controversial tune "Way Too Cold" (formerly "Theraflu"). Ye's lady love, Kim Kardashian , who he name-checks on the track, makes an appearance [...]
Hype Williams does his best to piss off the Epilepsy Foundation of America with his latest dual clip for Kanye West and DJ Khaled's "I Wish You Would" / "Cold." The clip features vibrating, Frank Miller-esque versions of West , Khaled , Rick Ross and (briefly) Kim Kardashian .
