Happy Friday everyone. It's hard for me to believe, but this is the last post that I'll be writing from North America for quite a while as I'm leaving today for a semester abroad in Prague, Czech Republic. I'll miss Montreal, Philadelphia and all the great people I've met along the way, but I'll be back soon enough. He was recently bestowed the honor of the world famous Essential Mix for Radio 1 and as always he delivers nutritious vitamins for all.
