To celebrate the end of civilization as we know it and other silliness about the Mayans, here's E4RTH's cover of REM's It's The End Of The World As We Know It. Free download. I guess the best description is 'experimental'. It goes for apocalypticly ominous deep vocals on the bass-heavy verses and synth house pop on the choruses. All much slower than REM's version. A curio, rather than a keeper.
The fine folks of E4RTH sent me their REM cover yesterday and its definitely the song of the day. Super appropriate right? I think so.
I'm not quite sure what to make of this video from E4RTH for the song "Ice4ge." Maybe it's one of those things that doesn't need to be explained. Just sit back and enjoy the ride.
