Every band you ever loved should have a superfan like our hero in the video for Eastern Conference Champions' "Hurricane." He wakes up to the music, shouts it from the hillsides, proselytizes to his young friends and plays a mean air guitar, even under water. The song is from ECC's album "Speak-Ahh," which was our favorite L.A. album of the 2011 . The weather was warmer and the neighborhood embraced that as a chance to stroll the streets one more day since it was a long weekend.
