Here's my take at the standout tracks of 2011, all of which got a lot of PT on my iTunes this past year. Tried to minimize repetition from the other lists as much as possible, so be sure to check out Jordone's top ten list as well, which had a lot of serious contenders for me and a couple I had to re-post. 10. Here's a look at the 15 bands I saw over the weekend at Electric Picnic 2011 that I loved lots. There was lots of other sets I enjoyed but these were my personal favourites. All the good photos are by Damien McGlynn (apart from the crappy Best Coast one - that was me) and Instagram photos are by myself or Aoife . Videos by Barry Gruff and Roger. 1. Santigold An absolute killer set to follow up her equally brilliant [...]

McKee introduced us to Alexander , the solo project from Ima Robot and Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros frontman Alex Ebert, back in February , and now he's back with the much-anticipated video for his first single, "Truth."
