EELS is certainly not a new comer to the music scene. E’s (the lead singer) been prolifically cranking out gravely voiced, angst driven tunes for over two decades and now EELS has a nice fat double album for us! Ireland's Electric Picnic has revealed the lineup for its 2013 festival, which takes place August 30th - September 1st at Stradbally Estate in Laois. Eels frontman and sole constant member Mark Oliver Everett, better known as E, has had a pretty interesting life: Teenage juvenile-delinquent status, a short run as a mid-'90s post-Beck one-hit wonder on alt-rock radio, a gradual transformation into an elder statesman of Califonia's grown-folks singer-songwriter scene.
