Dat was mijn eerste meerdaagse festival -ever-. Met in de line-up persoonlijke favorieten Coldplay, Foo Fighters, Kings of Leon, Deadmau5, Elbow, White Lies, Laura Jansen, Justin Nozuka en Band of Horses, was het gewoon geen optie om niet te gaan. Sometimes fat hooks can be annoying, gimmicky and show little musical talent. "Grounds for Divorce" by the (obviously) British band Elbow is not one of those cases. Lead singer Guy Garvey's heavily accented voice is a sing-songy shout, filled with dispair. Although Mark Potter's guitar and Richard Jupp's drums aren't groundbreaking, they fit with the feel of the song. It's as if the distemper is being conveyed through the instruments and - just like uncontrollable anger - it's untamed.
