Okay, so you could argue that this isn't a techno 'classic' because it's only eight years old and, therefore, doesn't qualify, or that Mr Katie (Mark Pember) is not a techno artist proper, to which I would reply, unclench. I don't believe that one should be hamstrung too much by dates and stringent parameters, particularly when a record is as good as this.
